# Terms of Service Last updated: February 20, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Instant Intros and its related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. The Service Instant Intros lets you create custom sports team introductions. The current flow includes: - Team setup: team name, season year, age/division, and pronunciation hints. - Roster entry: manual roster entry or optional roster image upload and OCR draft. - Script selection: choose opening and ending scripts for your intro. - Music preview: select and approve a music track and mix preview. - Purchase and delivery: one-time purchase per intro and download/share delivery. - Fix window: a time-limited correction flow after purchase. The Service may change over time, and features may be added, removed, or updated. ## 2. Eligibility You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. ## 3. User Content and Permissions You are responsible for the content you provide, including team names, rosters, pronunciations, and any roster images. You confirm you have permission to use and submit this content. If you upload a roster image, you authorize Instant Intros to process it to extract names and numbers for your project. ## 4. Pronunciations, Previews, and Approvals The Service provides tools to preview audio and confirm pronunciation. You are responsible for reviewing previews and approving the final mix before purchase. ## 5. Purchases, Pricing, and Delivery Purchases are one-time per intro. Prices are shown at checkout and may be in CAD. Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. Instant Intros does not store full payment card numbers. After purchase, the Service provides a download link and share link. Download links may be available for a limited time (currently up to 60 days after purchase) and signed links may expire sooner. Service emails (including receipts and fix-flow access codes) may be sent through Resend. Refunds, if any, are provided at Instant Intros' discretion or as required by law. ## 6. Corrections (Fix Window) Purchases include a limited correction window (currently 48 hours after purchase). Starting a fix session requires a verification code sent to the purchase email. The fix flow is linear (roster updates -> pronunciation fixes -> music preview and approval). You cannot return to earlier steps after continuing. Fixes are subject to budget limits (such as name, number, role, pronunciation edits, and additions/removals). ## 7. Prohibited Use You agree not to: - Use the Service for unlawful purposes. - Submit content that violates third-party rights. - Interfere with or disrupt the Service. ## 8. Intellectual Property Instant Intros retains all rights to the Service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your content but grant Instant Intros a limited license to process and deliver it as part of the Service. ## 9. License Grant to User Upon purchase, Instant Intros grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publicly perform the purchased audio output for your team's events, promotions, and internal use. You may not resell or sublicense the output as a standalone product. ## 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audio renders, previews, or downloads will be error-free or uninterrupted. ## 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Intros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the intro. ## 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. ## 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
